A wee bakery worth seeking out
We're tucked just off the main street in Peebles, down the Brae, and most days there's a queue at the door. We think that's a fair sign. Everything starts with our sourdough, long-proved and handmade, from plain loaves to the Cheese & Chilli that regulars come in early for before it's gone.
Alongside the bread you'll find sweet and savoury Danishes, focaccia, deli rolls and a run of indulgent bakes that changes with the mood of the week. One day it's raspberry cream brioche buns, the next it's 99 ice-cream cruffins. The board is never quite the same twice, and that's rather the point.
We put real time into every product, and it shows in how it looks and how it tastes. Come and see what we've made today.

We're just off the main street in Peebles, down the Brae at 6 Newby Court, EH45 8AL. If there's a queue, you're in the right place.
Should I get there early?
It's worth it. Popular bakes like the Cheese & Chilli Sourdough often sell out, so morning is your best bet for the full spread.
Does the menu change?
Yes, and that's half the fun. We rotate our specials and sweet bakes through the week, so there's usually something new to tempt you.

Do you take card?
